Resetting a Password
To request a temporary password, follow the instructions below. If you have problems accessing your account or have questions, please contact your ExpenseWire Administrator.
Enter or confirm the User ID and Email address that is associated to your Expense account.
Within a few minutes you should recieve an e-mail with a temporary password. It is best to copy and paste the password from this e-mail into the password field of the Expense homepage.
You will then be prompted to create a new password that makes sense to you. Please make note of this password, as it will be your assigned password going forward.

If you are a Paychex Flex® log in only client, you will be redirected to the Paychex Flex login page in order to login or reset your password.
